Shipping Information

On receiving orders from buyers online, OnMartGlobal sends emails confirming buyers’ order details like product quantity, sale price, discount, shipping charges, buyer contact details (including address)etc.. These order confirmation emails are sent within a few seconds after the order is placed, the buyer needs to check their inbox as well as spam folder to check the confirmation email.

We take maximum 2 days’ handling time to ready the shipment, containing ordered item(s), for dispatch via a reputable courier service. With our delivery system, you can keep track of your shipment progress and learn more about the whereabouts of the package. Apart from tracking the order shipment status on OnMartGlobal.com, you will also receive a shipment tracking number by email once the item is dispatched. Your items will normally reach you within 8-12 days after you receive an email confirming dispatch.

In cases where an order is placed for an out of stock item or for a product that is actually OUT OF STOCK at our facility, then the buyer will be contacted to inform whether to wait for the item to come back into stock, and/or choose from the available alternative item and/or to receive a refund of payment.

The doorstep delivery is available to all residential as well as business addresses. If the buyer intends the delivery to be attempted to a business address, then he is required to supply the name of the business in the shipping field of his order. Note: we don’t deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers, rather all the shipped packages are delivered in-person only.

Any kind of delays in the delivery of shipment is beyond the control and influence of OnMartGlobal.com, as we depend on third party courier partners like UPS, SR Plus, DHL etc., for our shipping needs. At times, the compliance related formalities may cause delays in shipment delivery. Thus, OnMartGlobal.com cannot be held responsible for product logistics related delays.

In case an incorrect shipping address and/or contact detail are supplied at the first instance, then we might not be able to either deliver and/or timely deliver the shipment to buyer, and the buyer might have to incur additional costs against order shipping to be able to get the order delivered.

If the products delivered have defects or any other issue, then customer must notify OnMartGlobal.com within 48 hours of delivery along with the necessary picture(s) and/or video(s), highlighting the problem areas for which the concern is being raised.

STANDARD DELIVERY SHIPPING CHARGES

If your cart value is: -

  • Above $200, then you are eligible for FREE SHIPPING, which means you need not incur extra cost for getting the ordered shipping
  • Between $100 to $200, then an additional $15 will be required to be paid as shipping charges
  • Between $49 to $99, then an additional $12 will be required to be paid as shipping charges
  • Below $49, then an additional $07 will be required to be paid as shipping charges

EXPEDITED DELIVERY SHIPPING CHARGES


OnMartGlobal.com provides buyers the option of Expedited Delivery, where it delivers the ordered items within a time-period of 4 days with the help of a third-party shipping companies like UPS, SR Plus, DHL etc. However, the buyers need to pay extra shipping charges for Expedited Delivery as per below chart:
•    Cart Value between $29 - $78 then extra shipping charges will be $20
•    Cart Value between $79 - $140 then extra shipping charges will be $40
•    Cart Value between $141 - $249 then extra shipping charges will be $50
•    Cart Value above $250 then NO Extra Shipping Charges for Expedited Delivery
