Return Policy
We understand that under certain circumstance, a buyer may have to return the product(s) purchased from OnMartGlobal.com, and we are always happy to help you with your product return concerns.
Have you received a wrong/mismatched, damaged, defective product(s) or product(s) with missing parts? No worries, our support & operations team is there to assist you in the best possible manner. Our goal is to provide customers with outstanding services with the least hassles.
Product Return Procedure and Policies
The customers can raise a return request for having received a wrong, mismatched, damaged, defective product. Additionally, if you have received a product having missing part, you also get an option of raising a return request for that also. After receiving the return requests, our teams start working upon your requests, and they may get in touch with you ask for further details, if required.
However, the buyer needs to follow the below mentioned instructions to avoid any hassles during product returning and order value refunds:
- Don’t accept shipments the outer packing of which appear to be tampered with
- Make a video of product unboxing, which means after you receive shipment from delivery person, make a video at the time of taking your ordered item out of the shipment container/box/polybag etc., and keep the recording with you for a minimum of 30 days post recording date, only if you have any complaints with the shipment handed over to you
After receiving OnMartGlobal shipment, take the product out of package and take a couple pictures of product and original packing from different angles, and mail to us when asked by us
In case, product damage(s) is attributable to OnMartGlobal and/or its courier partner’s handling, then we will arrange for return pickup and will either provide you replacement or complete refund of your order value.
The product return window is 7 days, which means you get 7 days to raise product return request after you receive the shipment from the delivery partner, assigned by OnMartGlobal.com. Please be informed that post 7 days of product/shipment delivery, we will be unable to process your product return request under any circumstances.
In the event a return request is approved, then onmartglobal.com will assign a courier company to pick the return item up from the original shipping address only. The buyer might be given a return shipping label via Email, which he must print and affix on repacked product shipment that he intends to return. The designated shipping company will contact the customer to pick up the package from the customer’s original delivery address and the customer is responsible to handing over the package along with all the contents, labels, tags, original product packaging etc., to the shipping company. The shipping company will then handle the return shipment and bring back the returned item at our warehouse in India.
However, under certain circumstances onmartglobal.com might not be able to assign a courier company to pick up customers’ product returns, and in such cases we may ask buyers to ship the product to our shipping address, and we will reimburse the shipping cost involved through online or any other payment channels.
- The customer must meet the following conditions to return any product:
- The customer must contact us within 7 days of the delivery.
- The product should be in an unused and resalable condition.
- The product should be in its original packaging including the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual and warranty card.
- The product must be returned by the customer in its entirety with all accompanying accessories or free gifts present therein.
- The customer needs to contact our support team to report an issue regarding the damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- The customer must provide/upload all the required images & videos with a short-detailed description that will help the team investigate the case.
Product categories & conditions not eligible for return:
- Specific categories like baby products, innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, beauty products, perfumes/deodorant, clothing freebies, grocery, gourmet, spices, jewellery, etc., are not eligible for return and refund.
- Products with missing labels or accessories
- Digital products
- Products that have been tampered with or have missing serial numbers
- A product that has been used or installed by the customer
- Any product not returned with its original form or packaging
- Refurbished products or pre-owned products are not eligible for returns
- Products that are not damaged, defective, or different from what was originally ordered.
