Cancellation Policy

The CANCELLATION Policy of OnMartGlobal.com gives buyer the freedom to cancel an order anytime. However, the buyer needs to be aware of the fact that

  • If order is cancelled (by buyer), and the product is not handed over to shipping company for doorstep delivery (by OnMartGlobal), which means the order is not handled or processed so far for dispatch, then the order delivery won’t be attempted at buyer prescribed shipping address. Here, simply consider the order as CANCELLED, and no further progress in the order delivery will be made.
  • If order is cancelled by buyer, but the product is already shipped by OnMartGlobal and handed over to shipping company for doorstep delivery. Then, the order will be attempted for delivery at buyer’s shipping address even if the buyer has cancelled the order. It is advised that buyer don’t accept the order at the time shipment is attempted for delivery, and ask the delivery person to return the shipment, and after this consider your order as cancelled.

Buyer also needs to be aware of the following information:

Our delivery partner (Courier Company) do not provide the facility of OPEN BOX DELIVERY, and the buyer must not insist or threaten the delivery person for opening the box at the time shipment is attempted for delivery by courier company.

  • Orders which are not accepted at the time of delivery will not be liable for payment against shipment delivery, any fees and charges, including cancellation charges, return shipping charges etc., so feel free to place order at OnMartGlobal.com .
  • On cancellation, a buyer (who has placed a prepaid order and/or who has paid COD amount to Delivery Person for at the time of product shipment delivery) will be eligible for refund equivalent to cart value (but after adjusting discounts/promotion/any other offer deductions)
